Our exterior detailing service includes applying a protective coat of wax that helps protect your paint from fading, peeling, or cracking due to UV exposure or other environmental elements such as rain, snow, dust, and road debris. The wax we use also helps repel water so that dirt and grime won’t stick as easily to the surface of your vehicle. This means less time spent scrubbing away at dirt and grime when it comes time for another detail!

The first step in our exterior detailing process is to inspect the vehicle. This involves taking a close look at the entire vehicle from top to bottom to identify any problem areas or areas that may require special attention. We will also check for any scratches or chips in the paint that may need repair. During this inspection process, we will also take note of any existing protective coatings or waxes that may already be on the vehicle and determine if they need to be removed before we begin our detailing process.

Once the inspection process is complete, we will then proceed with washing the vehicle by hand using specialized soap and water designed specifically for automotive exteriors. We use a two-bucket approach where one bucket contains soapy water and the other contains clean water which helps reduce the chances of scratching while washing your car. Then, we use soft mitts and brushes to thoroughly clean every inch of your vehicle’s exterior surface, including all door jambs, wheels, tires, windows and grills. After each part has been washed with soap and water, it is rinsed off with clean water to remove all soap residue which can otherwise cause damage over time if left on the surface of your vehicle’s exterior parts.

Once all dirt has been removed from your vehicle’s exterior surfaces, it is time to apply a protective wax coating which helps protect against UV rays from sunlight as well as acid rain which can cause fading or discoloration over time without protection from a wax coating applied regularly. We use high-quality carnauba wax for our protective coatings which adds an extra layer of shine after buffing out any excess residue from the application of the product itself. After applying wax onto all surfaces requiring protection from UV rays or acid rain, we then move on to polishing any painted surfaces such as hoods or doors which requires additional buffing and polishing in order to restore their original shine and luster before applying a final sealant for added protection against environmental elements like salt air or road debris which could otherwise cause corrosion over time if not properly sealed off with a high-quality sealant product.

After protecting your vehicle’s painted surfaces with a wax coating and sealant product as well as polishing them back up to their original shine and luster levels, it is now time for some final touches such as cleaning up glass windows inside and out; conditioning rubber seals around door frames; dressing tires; removing tar spots; vacuuming carpets; shampooing seats; wiping down dashboards; cleaning cup holders; removing smudges off leather seats (if applicable); wiping down door panels; degreasing engine compartments (if requested); applying interior odor eliminators (if requested) ; and more depending on what type of service package you have chosen for us to complete during this specific visit!
